actual bearing to the Fox was 137* true.
The Fox beamed a signal 231* towards Los Gatos.
Initial bearings from the start point 198* true. (45-60* skew).
Most hunters detected the false initial bearing quickly, once a few
miles down the Freeway.The hard part, I was
told, was the mountainous terrain where I was hiding. Reflections and
even more reflections.
